For the organizations big AI firms skip.

Large consultancies serve large companies. We work with the organizations that keep a community running and don't have an AI team of their own.

Companies and institutions

Mid-sized operators, colleges and institutions with real processes and too little time to modernize them.

What is agentic AI?

In plain English: AI that can carry a task from start to finish, not just answer a question.

A chatbot

Answers a question when you ask it.

"What are your opening hours?" It replies, and that's where it stops.

A basic automation

Follows fixed rules you set up in advance.

"When a form comes in, send this email." It breaks when something doesn't fit the rule.

An AI agent

Works through a task step by step, using your tools, and adjusts when things don't fit the script.

"Read new volunteer emails, update the schedule, fill gaps from the waitlist, and check with Maria before sending anything."

How an agent works

  1. ReadsAn email, a form, a document or a request comes in.
  2. ThinksIt works out what's needed and the next step.
  3. ActsIt does the work in your tools: inbox, calendar, spreadsheet.
  4. Checks inA person approves anything important before it goes out.

"Agentic" simply means AI that can act, not only answer. That's why the checking-in step matters so much to us.

Why agents?

Nobody chose their work for the copying, sorting, chasing and re-typing. Yet that's where a big part of every week goes.

AI agents are good at exactly that kind of work. They're patient and consistent, they're available at 7 pm on a Sunday, and they check the 200th invoice as carefully as the first. They don't get tired, bored or rushed at 4:59 on a Friday.

People are good at what agents aren't: judgment, care, relationships and new ideas. That's the work most of us signed up for, and it's the work that gets squeezed out when the inbox wins.

We don't build agents to cut jobs. We build them to cut the backlog, so your people get their time back for the thinking, creative and human parts of the job. And because a person approves every step that matters, your team stays in charge.

What agents are for

  • The same steps, done the same way, every time
  • Copying information between systems
  • First drafts, reminders and follow-ups
  • Checking every line, any hour of the day
  • Sorting what needs a person from what doesn't

What people are for

  • Judgment calls and decisions about people
  • Relationships with clients, residents and members
  • Creative problem solving and new ideas
  • Knowing when the rules don't fit the situation
  • Approving what goes out in your name

Give the hours back. The repetitive work goes to agents. The evenings go back to the people who matter.

Civilization advances by extending the number of important operations which we can perform without thinking about them.
Alfred North Whitehead, An Introduction to Mathematics, 1911
There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all.
Peter Drucker, Harvard Business Review, 1963
To live wisely and agreeably and well.
John Maynard Keynes, on what we might do with time won back by technology, Economic Possibilities for our Grandchildren, 1930

How we work

One process at a time, with your people in charge.

  1. Learn

We sit with the people who do the work and ask how it really happens.

  2. Map

We map the process and measure where the hours go.

  3. Build

We build one agent for one job, with approval steps where they matter.

  4. Check

We test it against pass and fail checks agreed with you before it goes live.

  5. Run

We monitor it, report results every month, and expand only once it's proven.

What you can count on

Whatever the size of the project, these don't change.

How we keep AI under control

  • We work alongside your team, not from a slide deck.
  • Every agent action is logged, so you can see what it did and why.
  • Built around Canadian privacy law from day one.
  • Every project starts with a baseline and ends with numbers.

Questions people ask

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that can carry a task through several steps on its own: read a request, work out what's needed, take action in your tools, and check in with a person before anything important goes out. A chatbot only answers questions; an agent gets work done.

Will AI agents replace our staff?

No. We build agents to take on repetitive tasks such as sorting, copying, reminders and first drafts, so your people have more time for the work that needs them. A person approves anything that matters, and agents never make decisions about people or money.

Is our data safe?

Agents use only the data they need for their job, every action is logged, and we prefer Canadian or client-controlled hosting. We design around Canadian privacy law, and early pilots stay away from sensitive records such as health or student data.

What does it cost?

The first conversation is free. Nonprofit pilots are pro bono, and small businesses get a free leak scan. Operations work is quoted as a fixed fee after a short discovery, so there are no hourly surprises.

Do we need to buy new software?

Usually not. We build around the tools you already use, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your booking system or your CRM.

How long until we see results?

A discovery sprint takes two to three weeks, and a pilot six to eight. We measure a baseline before we start, so you can see exactly what changed.

What if an agent gets something wrong?

Approval steps catch mistakes before anything goes out, and we test every agent against pass and fail checks before it goes live. If something slips through, the log shows what happened, and we fix it.
